Another great collection

I've been wanting to like Edun since years, because their cause and the fact that their clothes are both ethically made and organic really appeals to me.

But up until now, I didn't really see myself wearing most of their pieces, I found them too bland and too boring for me. But luckily, this lovely brand has stepped it up a notch this season.

Just take a look at these cool pieces from Net-a-porter! I seriously need the giraffe tee and the zebra tank!

Today I'm loving...

... this Louis Vuitton ad. They always have the best campaigns, up until now my fave used to be the one with Gorbachev next to the Berlin wall, but I think this one is slightly cooler.

Or is it just the fact that the World Cup is around the corner that makes me think that?

I'm back!

So I am back from Barcelona now, and while the trip itself was AMAZING, I didn't do too much shopping (I was only there for a few days and I wanted to go sightseeing instead). But that's okay, a lot of new, really cool stuff can be found in online stores anyway.

Like the J. Crew collection for Net-a-Porter! I love it!

I seriously need to get at least a few of these pieces! Does anyone know anything about the sizing of J. Crew items?

I won't be blogging for a few days, because I am off to Barcelona, and I'm thrilled about it!

I have been to Spain before, but never to Barcelona, and I've heard so many good things about it, so it will be a blast to go see and make my mind up myself!

Hopefully I'll have something fun to show off fashionwise too when I get back, let's see...

... Forever21's cute compact mirrors!

I have two of the classic Marc Jacobs heart shaped red compact mirrors myself, but one of these would be a great choice if I was still in need of one!

Today I'm loving...

... this limited edition Missoni Diet Coke bottle. It's just so colorful and fun, and it really made me smile the first time I saw it.

Also, I love Diet Coke, and I love Missoni, so I can't think of a better combination!

The perfect weekend

As many of you know, I love reading, and get very excited when I have something new to read. That's why this weekend has started really well for me: I have two issues of Harper's Bazaar for June 2010, the June 2010 issue of Marie Claire magazine as well as the Instyle the New Secrets of Style: Your Complete Guide to Dressing Your Best Every Day to read.

So now you know how I will be spending my weekend...

Pearls, pearls, pearls

I have some real, expensive pearls, but only in the form of earrings, or studs rather. So I've been planning to invest in either a pearl bracelet or pearl necklace for a while, but I haven't really found the perfect pearl item yet. This Elsa Peretti Open Heart bracelet from Tiffany & Co comes close though...

Besides that, I had the day off yesterday and I also have a day off today, so after getting various spa treatments yesterday (lovely!) I am going shopping today... Probably not for pearls, but you never know...

Today I'm loving...

... Alaia shoes. They are truly gorgeous this season!

I haven't gotten myself an Alaia pair yet (I wish!) but I did go a bit crazy at H&M the other day, and got three pairs of shoes there instead. Much cheaper, but it's a good substitute when you don't have an Alaia store around (and are scared to shop for shoes online. My feet are super sensitive!).

... the colors used in the Furla Spring/Summer collection 2010.
Perfect for summer, and so sweet!

I've actually had a thing for Furla for the longest time, probably due to the fact that my first bigger designer purchase was made at a Furla store ages ago.
So I'm always curious to see their collections, and I am usually not dissapointed!

I think I will drop by my local Furla store soon... I have got to see these cuties in person!

Today I'm loving...

... a maxi dress again. You see, all my maxi dresses are made of fairly thick fabrics, and I hadn't realized how cute a see-through maxi dress could be, until I saw this Malene Birger silk-chiffon dress that looks just lovely.

I'm seriously thinking about getting this one, but I did promise myself to calm down a bit with the maxi dresses... I have enough already! (But not a see-through one! ...yet!)

Today I'm loving...

... this maxi skirt from Zara's latest collection. I've been so into maxi dresses lately, I completely forgot about maxi skirts! Silly me, maxi skirts are definately underrated as it is.

Today I'm loving...

... Gwyneth's dress. It's fashionable, timeless, classic, full of gorgeous lace and long, all at the same time, so I just adore it!

Now I am off to a coffee shop to eat a huge breakfast. Have a great weekend everyone!
