Really into turquoise for winter

Turquoise might not be a color most of us associate with winter, but after having seen my co-workers gorgeous turquoise pashmina keep her very warm on a chilly autumn day recently, I started thinking that turquoise is actually a really good color for fall, precisely because it's not "over done". So I shopped a pair of turquoise driving shoes (but not on ASOS, this time, since I promised in my previous post that I would not post any more ASOS shopping posts for a while, but on Ebay):

 As well as a turquoise pashmina scarf, of course, since my co-worker's scarf was what caused this epiphany in the first place:

Today I'm loving...

... this elaborate, turquoise Pucci ring.

I just love turquoise for summer, it reminds me of the sea somehow, and it's one of those colors that feel just right every year. So I think a ring like this is a really good investment.

(I actually have several turquoise rings myself, but not one made by Pucci so far)

Turquoise is one of my favourite colors, it just makes me happy somehow. (And I think this ruffly, layered shape is very forgiving, which is a plus too!)
