My beauty routine

I'm one of those people who don't like to spend too much time in the morning getting ready, so my make up and beauty habits are fairly simple and minimal.

I guess I am also a bit weird in the sense that I actually use more time cleaning and moisturizing my skin than applying things to it. I simply don't think I have enough time in the morning to apply things such as concealers, blush and eyeliner. But if you keep your skin in good condition by using good skin care products, I think you can get away with it, so this is what I am trying to do on a daily basis.

Currently my skin care and make up routine consists of a cleanser and toner from the rice-based line from L'Occitane, a strong sun block from Clarins (I live in a hot and sunny country, after all!), eye cream from Decleor (they make different kinds, but I never remember which one I previously used, so I always end up buying a different kind every time I go shopping for these), body lotion from Bvlgari (I am a big fan of Niveas more budget-friendly lotions too!), Great Lash Mascara from Maybelline, some Citrus Verbena perfume from L'Occitane and some Smith's Rosebud Salve in Minted Rose (I just love it, it feels like it plumps up the lips as well as moisturizes them, probably because of the mint, but I do use Mocha Rose every once in a while as well).

I do wear more products for parties and special occations, and I really wish I was more of a makeup buff, but these are the products I use on a regular day, such as today.

Have a great day everyone!
