Shopped: Floral blazer and pants from ASOS

So floral prints are all the rage this season, and since I know florals are also timeless and come back into fashion on a regular basis, I decided to get some new key pieces with florals on them. Since I got an email from ASOS (one of my favorite online stores, for those of you who have missed this) today about their 20 % sale on selected pieces, I thought it would be a great opportunity to pick something with florals on it there.

In the end, I chose this floral blazer:

And these matching pants:

Because I love matchy stuff, it's as simple as that!

I am even thinking of getting the matching skirt and clutch as well, but I haven't really decided about that yet. We'll see. The sale is still on until the rest of the week, so I have some time to decide.

The only thing I am hoping for now is that the print looks cool in real life too. The problem with prints is that they can easily look kind of cheap if not done right, so let's hope this is not the case here!

... this stunning laser-cut wallet from one of my favorite brands: Valentino.

I really think that a beautiful, well made wallet that you love is a great investment, because it is one of the few things you carry around with you every single day, after all. But one doesn't really need many of them at the same time, so since I already have a Matthew Williamson one in pretty good shape, I think I need to wait a bit before I get a new one.

... this limited edition Diet Coke bottle, designed by Manolo Blahnik.

You see, I love Diet Coke, it's my favorite drink together with Diet Dr Pepper, and I love fashion, so what could be better than combining the two? And Manolo Blahnik really did it wonderfully!

... these awesome napkins (or mapkins, as the company that manufactures them calls them) and blankets by Softcities.

You see, the maps on these blankets and napkins are not just any old maps, but you can order them to be of your area, so the street you live on (or any other location you choose) is marked on them. Isn't that just a perfect, personalized gift?
I certainly know I would be really happy to get a blanket or a set of napkins like this, and I do think I will order something myself.
