Shopped, at ASOS again

Ok, so I know my last post was about stuff I shopped over at ASOS, on their sale. But as a matter of fact, I have been shopping on this site again, only at regular prices this time.

You see, I spotted this really cute white sparkly scarf by New Look, and felt I had to have it. Because yeah, I have a lot of scarves, but only two other white ones; an amazing Alexander McQueen skull scarf and a small (too small to wear very often) Dior scarf, so a cheapie white scarf is a great addition to my collection I would say.

I am also really into brown and tan accessories this season for some reason. It's quite unusual for me, as I generally don't like brown too much (it's a color that looks really bad on me if I wear it in clothes, so I think that's why), but suddenly I have started thinking that brown accessories can be really nice, simple and timeless. So I decided to start off with this bag, and I am planning to get a matching belt and shoes as well. But so far I only got this bag from River Island:

Let's hope my next post won't be ASOS shopping related. But given how much I like this site, I can't promise anything...

The highlight of my day today

Was definitely some shopping I did, namely from Alber Elbaz's collaboration with Lancome:

I have been looking forward to putting my hands on something from this collection for quite some time now  (proof can be found here), being a huge fan of both Lancome (their mascaras are simply the best!) and Alber Elbaz for years now.

And I have to say I wasn't disappointed, at least the packaging on this stuff is absolutely gorgeous!

If you're interested in what I thought of the mascaras themselves (as well as the freebie mirror they gave me because I bought 2 products from the line), I will be reviewing them over at my beauty blog shortly.

Shopped: A handmade Eiffel tower bag

Ever since I saw Carrie carry the iconic and super pretty Eiffel tower bag in the SATC movie, I have been wanting an Eiffel tower bag of my own.

The thing is, the one Carrie has costs pretty much and arm and a leg, and finding good dupes is rather hard. But now I have finally found a version I like, handmade by a company called Krukru Studio, based in Moscow:

So I decided to order it from Etsy, and while it doesn't look all that practical (it looks like you won't be able to fit very much stuff into it, after all), it feels good to have found an item that I have been looking for, for such a long time, in the end. I guess you could say it's a fashion dream come true!

Shopped lately

Of course you shop a lot when you travel, and I have actually been shopping at home a bit recently too. And while I have posted pics of some of the things I bought on my other blogs, the items I have been getting have not been shown on this blog. But even with all this shopping lately, I still need to do some more. My fall wardrobe isn't quite what I hoped it would be by now, you see, since I focused mostly on shoes and beauty products while shopping recently, you see.
