My weekend so far

I still have a bit of a cold, but I still managed to get out a bit today, and that was just lovely. This day really made me appreciate where I live, since the weather is definitely nicer here than in a lot of other places in the world at the moment (and so are the views!). This is what I saw on my day out and about today:

My day in pictures

I love the end of the week. It's always more relaxing for me than the beginning of the week, which is why I take the time to go shopping, strolling on the beach and whatever else I may feel like that day come Friday and Saturday each week. What I have been doing so far this weekend

- I went shopping for wedding presents (and did manage to find quite a few nice things)
- I did some beauty related shopping for myself
- I went to the cinema

to see the 4th Pirates of the Caribbean movie (I know they are rather silly, but somehow I still rather enjoy them), Stranger Tides.

- I found a new favorite pizza place. A place that makes French, not Italian, pizza, of all things. And though it sounds rather strange, it was actually really tasty!
- I bought around 20 new books.

So shortly, I will be off to the beach with one of them, to just relax in the sun.

Maxing and relaxing

I should be shopping. I mean, I really should get that wedding gift already, and I should get a new yoga outfit for myself, and so on. But instead, I have been caught up in the beach and it's lovely smells, sounds and flavours most days....
