Today I'm loving...

... something I am sure annoys a lot of other people who are interested in fashion: Moschino's McDonald's tribute in their Fall 2014 show.

The reason I love it is simple: I love when fashion is both unexpected and fun, and who would have ever expected for McDonald's of all brands to be featured in a fashion show? I certainly would never have even thought of the idea, which is exactly why it is so brilliant!

I must admit I am not a huge McDonald's fan so I am actually not sure I would wear these pieces, at least not together like they are shown on the catwalk, myself. But I love the idea of these on a 20 year old who is just getting started with fashion and just has a lot of fun with it, or someone who generally takes a lot of fashion risks!

Today I'm loving...

... this Moschino bracelet, which matches a vintage Moschino bag I was lucky enough to find for a steal in a second hand shop once (I don't think I've ever mentioned that Moschino bag here on the blog, but I blogged about it over at my handbag blog once) perfectly. But of course it looks quite cool on it's own too!

I know a lot of people are into the belts that spell out Moschino in gold letters, but if you ask me, this is a more chic and original option for sure. So why not consider it instead of those belts that so many people seem to have?

Today I'm loving...

... these absolutely adorable Moschino Cheap and Chic gloves with little hearts on them:

For some reason, I have been really drawn to hearts lately (I got a sweater with a big heart on each side of it the other day, for instance), and I actually need a pair of gloves right now. (I think I have some gloves somewhere, but I can't seem to find them, and I have an upcoming winter holiday planned)

So I'm really considering getting these, they are awfully cute, after all!

... this adorable Breakfast at Moschino scarf.

Because: I love Moschino's fun and quirky designs
AND
Breakfast at Tiffany's is one of my favorite movies of all time.
So to have those two things combined is just awesome to me!

Today I'm loving...

Lucy Hale's absolutely stunning Moschino gown at the CMA Awards 2012, it looks amazing on her, but would look great on women of all ages. And that's a rare thing in a gown!

I am not that familiar with Lucy Hale otherwise, but I guess I will have to keep an eye on her now, girl seems to have great taste when it comes to gowns at least!

Fun travel inspired Moschino tshirts

Moschino currently has a whole line of really nice travel inspired Moschino tshirts with prints from London, New York and Paris on them.

I personally love every single one of these tshirts, and if I just wore tshirts more, I would definitely be getting them all. Now I think I'll just settle for one of them. But I haven't decided which one yet.

Today I'm loving...

Moschino's cute holiday sweaters (that are not supposed to be holiday sweaters, I think, but they sure look like them to me!), even though I normally think holiday sweaters are the tackiest things ever.

Not sure I love them enough to actually get one, I think you get tired of them pretty fast, but they are adorable!

Purchases of the day

I didn't end up shopping as much as I thought I would today, but I did get two things at least:

A linen spray (my first, I've actually never had a linen spray before!) made by the San Francisco Soap Company and a new Moschino perfume. I am a huge fan of Moschino scents, they are my favorite brand for scents even, so I am excited to try a new one, and as for the linen spray... I wasn't really planning on buying it, but when I smelled it... I couldn't put it back!

Today I'm loving...

... the cooperation between Kartell and Moschino, both companies I love, so how could the result be anything but fabulous, if you think about it?

The colors are stunning, and a pop of color like that is exactly what I am looking for in summer shoes, so I seriously think I need to get a pair!

I have some news...

I forgot to mention it here on my blog, but I actually got engaged recently, so now I am in the middle of planning a wedding. Does that mean that I should get this cool Moschino t-shirt to wear after the wedding?

My thoughts on fashion week, part 3

This jacket (or is it a dress? No, it's a jacket, right?) from Moschino Cheap and Chic is just so cute.

I've always been a sucker for both Moschino (even though I do think their collections have gone downhill in the past couple of years) and for basics with a small twist or interesting detail. And this jacket really does represent both Moschino and interesting detailing in a wonderful way.
