What I think of the Isabel Marant for H&M collection

As some of you may remember, I am a huge H&M fan, and I shop there regularly. That's why I am always excited when they have a new designer collaboration coming up, and this year's collection, the Isabel Marant for H&M is no exception. The release date of the Isabel Marant for H&M collection is November 14th, by the way, so only 10 more days to go!

I think the early H&M designer collections were really good, but I have been rather disappointed by several of the more recently, unfortunately. But I think the Isabel Marant collection is rather good, because it's true to her style as I know it, but it also feels very suitable for H&M, which is a good thing, if you ask me. I guess this is something that might not be appreciated by those who buy from H&M's designer collection in order to get something more luxurious or fancy, though, because I wouldn't exactly call this collection very luxurious, it's more like H&M's style usually is, I think.

That said, I do think the collection has some cool pieces, though I can't say I love them all. This jacket is pretty cute though (and very Isabel Marant, somehow):

And the shoes in this collection look cool too.

So since I live in a country where people don't really stand in line for the H&M designer collections, I think I might stop by H&M when the collection is released to see if I can get something from it.

I definitely see an improvement compared to the last collection, though, which is really nice! Keep it up, H&M!

Today I'm loving...

Isabel Marant's absolutely amazing studded Jayna jacket.

I definitely think this has to be one of the most gorgeous and unique jackets I've seen in a really, really long time!

And since I've also spotted quite a few other Isabel Marant pieces I really liked lately, I am starting to think that I should get better acquainted with this brand...

Could these be for me?

I have owned maybe 2 pairs of pants that had patterns during my life. I am a bit of a risk taker when it comes to fashion, and I have been even more so in the past, but when it comes to patterned pants, I have always stayed away. It just doesn't feel like "me", more like something really outrageous people and models would wear.

But I have to say that Isabel Marant makes even these patterned red pants look cool.

But I still don't know... These pants look cool in pics, but would they really look cool on me as well? It's so hard to tell!
